• Property Trading: Players can buy different types of properties, such as apartments, houses, buildings, nightclubs, skyscrapers, shopping centers, private airports, and space bases.
• Price and Rent Management: Property prices and rents dynamically adjust based on inflation and other economic factors.
• Bubble Burst: If the economic bubble grows too large, it can burst, causing a significant reduction in property prices and rents.
• Debt Management: Players must manage their debts and make monthly payments to avoid bankruptcy.
• Dynamic UI: Property prices are displayed and updated in real-time in the user interface.

Inspiration: The game is inspired by Jesús Gil, a controversial Spanish businessman and politician known for his role in real estate development and his management of the Atlético de Madrid football club. Like Jesús Gil, players must make risky decisions and manage their properties effectively to achieve success.
